Rick Leo is a brilliant, hard working realtor that sold my home in 4 days, over asking price and a closing date in less than 30 days. He did a lot of little things that were needed to close the sale, that I did not think realtors did! He set up people to clean the cellar, worked with the existing tenants, etc.
