Denise was able to guide my five siblings and me through the successful sale of a large antique home and barn we inherited from our parents. In addition to the qualities listed above, Denise is practical, tactful, mindful of deadlines and procedures, has a sense of humor and was able to bring six quite diverse points of view to an agreed upon course of action.
